Ingredients
2 sticks of softened butter (or equivalent)
2 eggs (or equivalent)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cup rice flour (I use a white and brown mixture)
3/4 cup granulated supar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups Semi Sweet chocolate chips
Directions Preheat the oven to 375
Beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla together
add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition,
Add in the flour, baking soda, corn starch and salt beat well
Stir in the chocolate chips
Place the dough onto a ungreased baking sheet by the rounded teaspoonful leaving at least an inch between cookies. (carefull these cookies spread)
bake for 10 minutes
let them stand for 2 minutes
place the cookies on a wire rack to cool
