<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">Many women with PCOS go to Clomid in order to get
pregnant. However, in cases like mine,
not only did the drug not work. I think
it made the issues I had been having worse.
I gained weight while I was on this drug and had such large hormonal
swings that I thought I was going to lose those close to me. This was personally one of the worst drugs
that I have ever tried. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;"><br /></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">My issue is not that I have PCOS, which is an issue
that many women have. I however, have
severe PCOS and Clomid was simply not made for that level. While I have seen others with Severe PCOS
manage to get pregnant on this drug. I
was told that it was not very likely for me.
They were right. During the entire
time I was on Clomid, I didn’t even ovulate.
I went from the starting dose the the maximum dose within four months
with no result. However, what I did get
was every single side effect.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;"><br /></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">I remember gaining weight, having headaches, my
breasts were swollen and very tender, I was dizzy, and with the dizzy came nausea. I was told that all of this will pass as I
got used to the medication. Since I
showed no sign of the severe side effects that I would be fine. It was four months of this. Finally the doctor and I had to call it
quits. The reason for this was that even
with everything I had been going through.
I was not ovulating. I still had
to take pills to make my period start. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">I remember at one point on the medication I really
wanted to hit my husband. Who hadn’t
done anything! He had walked in after a
long day of work and I started in on him for no reason. All he asked was that I give him about twenty
minutes to unwind from work so that he could handle everything. I went ballistic and really wanted to hurt
him. At that point I went outside and
took a walk. What he had asked was more
than reasonable. This point was the beginning
of month four. At this point I talked to
my doctor and decided that if I didn’t ovulate after this I was going to try
something else. I couldn’t handle this anymore.
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;"><br /></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">This was brought up yesterday on Facebook. A friend of mine was asking some questions
about Clomid on PCOS Woman. I really had
to think about it. I decided to share my
experience. Even though I had a very negative
experience with the drug. This is for
all of those women who didn’t get that miracle that they were hoping for from
this drug. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

I may have gotten used to working my schedule now. However, that doesn’t always mean that I am

anyway enough defending myself. While I
am going out on Halloween after I hand out the fantastic candy stuffs to the

great drinks that I could serve. A lot
of Halloween based drinks have Oreos in them which makes them full of
gluten. While you can use the gluten
free sandwich cookies as a substitute and still have a fantastic drink. I found one that really knocked my socks off. Well two.

<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">This mixture creates an
instant bubbles mixture and helps clean and de odorize your toilet. Also
no harsh chemicals needed.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">A half mixture of white

<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">Boiling water<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">Cut a lemon into
quarters and place them into the garbage disposal start pouring the boiling
water down the drain and then turn on the disposal. Once everything is
clear or you are out of water you are done. It should smell lemon fresh
and be clean. Also the lemon and boiling water melts away any grease that
is caught. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">Laundry Detergent:<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">4 cups HOT water<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">3 Tbsp. Borax<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">3 Tbsp. Washing Soda<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">2 Tbsp. Dawn Ultra
dishwashing liquid.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">Mix together the
dry ingredients into a clean gallon sized jug. Add the dawn and
then put in the 4 cups of hot water. You can make many of these at a
time. To wash clothing it takes about a cup of the detergent and there
are low bubbles from it. However, it works very well. And it is
cheap to make and use.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">Mix Baking soda and
lemon juice in a small dish. Place this dish in the affected area. This
works well in eliminating the odor, and not just covering it up. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;">

While he found no Celiac proof during the endoscopy he was able to find
out that I was right the entire time. I
was telling him the truth when I said I had the issue. I can’t believe that it took them this long
to be able to see the evidence I had sent to him at the start of all of
this. However, what sparked this is what
I was saying before the procedure. “The symptoms
were right, and I know that you </span><span style="line-height: 19px;">didn't</span><span style="line-height: 107%;"> get to the gluten levels we need for the
damage. However, it sparked my interest. I took time to read what you had sent

don’t have anything I </span><span style="line-height: 19px;">didn't</span><span style="line-height: 107%;"> think I had.

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">Keeping your home gluten free can be a
challenge. However, once you have that
done you should be good to go right?
Nope, being gluten free at work can also be a challenge. There are many pitfalls which are easy to
fall into. Such as the Potluck, the
lunch for breakfast, the work late, and the fast food gambit. The issue with being gluten free at work is
that it can be hard to stay on track. Your
co-worker brings in these cookies that everyone is raving over. The truth is that you can’t eat them. Here are a few suggestions to help you stay
gluten free.</span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">1 Bring
your own lunch. I often will bring my
own lunch AND some napkins so that I have a clean eating space. This way it doesn’t matter who ate in that
spot before me. I have a little safe
area. Of course I mostly eat at my desk
if I need to and I know that I keep that clean. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">2 Have a
backup plan. You bring your lunch to
work every day and good for you. Not
only are you saving money, you are keeping yourself safer. However, it is 9:30 am and you are
starving. You figure you will only have
a bite or two to get you through until lunch by 9:37 you now have nothing to
eat when lunch come. Or even worse, you
put your lunch in the fridge with your name on it and now it is gone. Always make sure that you have something to
carry you through should you need it. I
personally keep Boost, gluten free candy, and a few snacks in my desk. That way I am not tempted to eat my lunch
early and I can make sure that I have something to tide me over throughout the
day. It is also great when I brought my
lunch, but now I am working late and I have nothing for dinner. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">3 Learn
to say no thank you and mean it. There
is a party going on at the office and someone has turned it into a
potluck. It is ok to calmly tell them
about your issue and opt out. That
doesn’t mean you have to opt out of the party.
It just means that you bring your own food. You don’t share and you don’t partake of
anyone else’s food. Even if the food is
gluten free. The kitchen it was make in
probably isn’t. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">4 Keep a
stash of sweets or treats in your area.
There is a reason for this. So
many times I have come into work and people have baked cookies, brownies, a
cake, or cobbler. And they want everyone
to have some. While this is great on
their part and I like it that they are so thoughtful of everyone else. Simply I can’t eat the items. It is ok to say no thank you but then you
(well me) will start to feel a little sorry for yourself. I find that If I keep
a Gluten free treat at my desk that I can have something as well and then I
don’t feel as left out. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">5 You
have to dine out. There is a meeting at
a restaurant and you are required to attend.
Make sure that you call the establishment first and let them know about
your issue. They may be able to do
something for you. If they cannot, they
may allow you to bring in your own food so that you an eat with your
co-workers. Know what is available on
the menu and remember you may have to go out, but you don’t have to eat. I
normally will get a drink and enjoy the conversation. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">6 You forgot
your lunch. There are gluten free
restaurants around you. Depending on
your lunch time allotted you may have to call ahead of time and order then pick
it up. However, that is always an
alternative. Find the gluten free
restaurants and use them if you need to.
However, just running out for fast food is probably not the best option.
<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: medium;"><span style="line-height: 107%;">With the weather cooling off and the days feeling
longer due to less sunlight this means that those of us working full time or
more have little energy to cook. Not
only that but with many forms of celiac there is no choice but to cook. This is why gluten free families should have
a crock pot. Something that you can
start in the morning and then eat when you get home. If that first paragraph </span><span style="line-height: 19px;">didn't</span><span style="line-height: 107%;"> convince

you should own a crock pot.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">#2. Save Money:
cooking on the stove top can be expensive when it comes to the power
bill. Especially if you are going to be
cooking for hours. If it can be thrown
in the crock pot it will save some of the electricity. Also you can buy tough cuts of meat and make
them tender. Also if dinner is ready
than there is no need to go out to eat.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

of those that are coming up soon. A crock
pot can work like a second oven.
Depending on the size you get you can cook a turkey in it. Pudding in it. How about a ham?<o:p></o:p></span></div>

can the crock pot work like another oven but you can serve in it. Think about putting something on the buffet

it will serve well and keep the item warm.

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">#6 Crock pots are ceramic and therefor they can be
cleaned well they also do not hold on to gluten. That means that if you can’t afford a new
crock pot, you can still get a used one and clean it really well. Just make sure that the cooking surfaces are
in fact ceramic or glass so that you know that you are safe. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">Alright, I am very sorry for the break. So many things in my life have occurred in
one week. My ward has left for the US
ARMY. We couldn’t be prouder of
him. When he became part of our lives he
was not the person he is today. He
worked so hard and finished high school, got his life turned around and now he
has left to make his own way. I am proud
of him and sad about the loss at the same time.
That was my weekend was helping him get packed and ready to go. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">Now for the part that I promised last week. My Endoscopy, this was my second one. The first time they messed up and pumped the
wrong gas into my stomach. This time
they were very careful. A little too
careful, I was not asleep for the procedure.
I was awake for a lot of the time.
Not only that but I had something in my mouth and I couldn’t tell them
that my front mind was awake. Now I was
not awake for the putting of the tube into my throat, thank goodness. However, I woke up during the procedure. Since this is only a moderate sedation they
expect you to look awake. However I couldn’t
tell them that I was aware. That will
give me nightmares for a while. However,
most of the medication was still working.
I know this since I could remember everything for a couple of days and
not the memory has mostly faded. Also
the medication kept me relaxed so that nothing hurt. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

myself to be seen. This is going to
cause an issue with my medical file since they are taking Celiac off my
diagnosis for now. I can repeat the test
should I think that the results are inaccurate.
However, I really don’t see a point.
I simply couldn’t eat as much gluten as they wanted me to. I was up to one maybe two servings a day if I
was lucky and I needed the full daily amount.
So I am sorry to say that according to this doctor I no longer have
Celiac. The fact that I messed with my
body, skin, mucosal linings, IgA numbers and everything else means nothing if
they can’t see the damage for themselves. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

change my diet back yet. To be honest I
have been reluctant. Oh I don’t have
Celiac, then I can eat what I want right?
I know this is childish of me and I am only harming myself. I will be going off of gluten again next
week. Not that it is going to be a large
change. I won’t get fast food oatmeal in
the morning and I will have to bring my own lunch instead of grabbing something
near work. That was all I was really
doing anyway. I wasn’t eating bread, I
wasn’t eating gluten for dinner most of the time. I was often getting a contaminated product
for lunch and contaminated oatmeal for breakfast. I guess I can see why the tests came up negative. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

I will be taking the next week off. One of the reasons is that I am currently out of ideas. there are so many things to do. However, I am currently on a gluten filled (yeah I failed) diet and therefore I cannot be a fair judge of items that are gluten free. However, once I am back I can give you my input on how things. Especially how it is like to go gluten free. I figure that once again I will have cravings and a hard time. Only this time around i will be able to record my journey. My family and decided that no matter what the "nice Doctor" says. I will be going back on a gluten free diet. I have been so sick even attempting to eat the gluten that there is no doubt in my families mind. If only the doctor could observe me eating something as simple as a piece of bread then I am sure that the tests wouldn't be needed. <br />
<br />
However, this will give me a good example of how well things have healed not only in the intestinal portion, but also in my stomach lining. I hope to have some good news by the end of the week. <br />
<br />
Wish me luck and I will see you all a week from Monday!<br />
<br />
Also if you have any ideas, please let me know. Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17282304532350357783noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494226110111562857.post-21680600714828857732013-10-02T16:35:00.000-04:002013-10-24T09:55:23.250-04:00Last Week of GlutenFour weeks of gluten later and I am still not up to the required gluten for this test. I am not going to be able to get the results they want from said test. Even with the little about of gluten (one serving a day or less) that I have been able to consume I have had strong results externally. <br />
<br />
Results:<br />
<br />
Weight Change: + 15lbs<br />
Skin change: Dry, itchy, patchy, small rash, breakouts<br />
Energy change: Fatigue, trouble sleeping<br />
Mood Changes: irritable, slight depression, (may be lack of sleep)<br />
Body Changes: Joint pain in neck, hips, and knees. Bloating, Headaches, Ulcers, acid reflux, excess gas<br />
Hair Changes: Nothing Noted<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
No other noted changes<br />
<br />
I have learned much from the very painful experience. One that I really don't want nor need gluten in my life if I can avoid it. <br />
<br />
I have started craving fruits and vegetables due to the fact that I am not keeping enough nutrients. As I write this I am snacking on grape tomatoes. Last night for dinner I had Salad and fruit salad. I didn't want anything else. I should be making the most of this time of an unrestricted diet. However, I find that I cannot enjoy it. <br />
<br />
I really can't wait until this diet is over and I can get back to normal. I am bothered by my body right now. I can't wait until I am back to "my normal diet". <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">I love Thousand Island
dressing. Not just on salads, but also on burgers or to use as a dip.
The issue is that many of these fantastic dressings contain gluten.
My mother in law pointed out a recipe on food network. It is gluten
free, easy to make and it tastes perfect. I didn't change a thing.
If you love this Thousand Island dressing make sure you let them know.

<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">Cocktail
sauces are well known for containing gluten on the shelf. Again, there is
no reason for the gluten to exist in cocktail sauce. It is so very easy
to make. It only takes minutes to make the perfect cocktail sauce for

a taste thing. You can feel free to
serve this sauce warm just as you finish making it. Wow your guests with your own cocktail sauce

spice, add more Tabasco, and horseradish.
Do you want it with more tang?
Add more lemon juice. Would you
like it a little sweet? Feel free to add
a touch of honey. Again this is only the
basic sauce. It can be changed in only

Homemade Ranch Dressing<br />
<br />
Ingredients:<br />
1 cup sour cream (make sure it is gluten free)<br />
1/2 cup mayonnaise<br />
1/2 cup cold buttermilk<br />
1/4 cup chopped parsley<br />
1/2 cup chopped chives<br />
1 clove garlic<br />
salt and coarse ground black pepper<br />
additions:<br />
garlic powder<br />
tabasco sauce<br />
worchestershire sauce (some are gluten free already!)<br />
chopped dill<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
Directions:<br />
On a cutting board, smash a whole garlic clove. Sprinkle garlic with about 1/2 teaspoon coarse<br />
sea salt. With a fork, smash the salt into the garlic, creating a paste.<br />
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, and garlic. Add salt and<br />
pepper. Drizzle in buttermilk until you've reached a desired consistency.<br />
<br />
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dressing.<br />
<br />
Make this dressing your own, do you like this sweeter or with more salt. This is only the start so that you can find the dressing that is right for you. Also every ingredient can be switched out so that it is gluten and lactose free. This recipe is easy to double or triple for larger groups. It also stores for about a week in the fridge. <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">I was able to test EatGreenTea. Needless to say I had some mixed
reaction. Promises was that this product
would help you lose weight, it would give you all day energy and the same
amount of antioxidants as 30 cups of green tea in one teaspoon. Organic and ready to eat. Easy to eat, mix in with a smoothie or sprinkle
on top of any meal. Those are some large claims. I tried it for three weeks and here is what I
found.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">Energy, this claim was true, I had all day energy without
any of the jitters. I was able to relax,
and do quiet tasks as well as have energy all day without feeling like I want
to sleep around two or three pm. I would
even wake up with some of that energy left.
I found that this made it so much easier for me to wake up every
morning. Nothing about this product made
me want to do anything. However, if I
wanted to do something I had energy that didn’t wane. If you want the jitters or the need to do
something than I suggest using an energy drink instead. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">

10lbs later I stopped losing any weight at all. So all it caused me to lose was the water
that I was holding onto. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%;">Antioxidants: I cannot say if this is true or
not. I really have no way of measuring this
type of claim. That is the issue with
this type of product. You can’t prove if
they are telling the truth or not. Also
the product may have that amount, but how much and I absorbing? That is a completely different story. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

This is a complete lie. Mixed
with shakes or smoothies it tasted like grass clippings. One of the issues is how the tea is cut. I know this may be the best way and it allows
the tea to keep most of the antioxidants.
However, I found it very unpalatable.
Sprinkle on your food? Nope that
is like eating dried grass with your burger.
It tastes horrible and I had to fight every bite down. The best way I found to take this product was
to throw it in my iced tea and drink with a straw. Since they are both tea it allows the flavors
to meld. Also since I am using a straw I
can normally swallow the bits without gagging. </span></div>

<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0in;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Sauces are the bane of any person with a gluten reaction.
This week I will be posting recipes for sauces. Today I am going to
start with Tartar sauce. I have found gluten in many varieties of off the
shelf tartar sauce. Since this is so easy to make I don't see why most
people would buy it anyway. Here is a basic tartar sauce recipe.
This is the one that I use every time I decide to have fish. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Ingredients<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">1 cup Mayonnaise<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">3 teaspoons Relish (dill or sweet)<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">1 teaspoon Lemon Juice<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">1 teaspoon yellow Mustard (optional)</span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-size: 13.5pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Directions: <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Mix all the ingredients together and
serve.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-size: medium;">Personally I do not use the mustard and I
use Dill relish. However, I like my Tartar sauce a savory. The best
thing about the sauce basics is that you can change it to make whatever type of
flavor pallet that you prefer. You could try adding spice, sugar, salt,
more or less mustard, relish. Feel free to play. You don't need to
figure out what Tartar sauce is gluten free with this basic recipe. Not only is this recipe gluten free and easy. It could also save you money. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
