Gluten Free Sunsceen (2013)
I have been doing a lot of research and have compiled a list of gluten free sunscreens. It is important to protect our skin this year and keep ourselves healthy and gluten free while doing so. I have spend the last few weeks adding to this list and doing research. Here is what I have found
Some of these products contain other allergens and I will list those after the table. In Alphabetical order here are all of the sunscreens I have found so far, that is not to say that I haven't missed at least a few, you might also want to check your local health food store or farmers market for ones that are not commercially made. The Stared ones are organic.
Without further Ado here is that list!

It is Ok to Be Mad, (Infertility Post)
With spring around the corner, and babies being conceived or born everywhere it is hard to not get mad at the world as you wonder why this is not happening to you. These feeling are natural and expected. What really matters is how you deal with it. Anger, disappointment, and the unfairness of the world are feelings that are healthy. However, these feelings should not be directed at others or at yourself. Instead try to focus those feelings to the situation.

drizzles to the top or adding GF flavoring to the cheesecake. You can
also mix in chocolate shavings. Here is the basic recipe!
