Four weeks of gluten later and I am still not up to the required gluten for this test. I am not going to be able to get the results they want from said test. Even with the little about of gluten (one serving a day or less) that I have been able to consume I have had strong results externally.

Gluten Free Cosmetics list
Sorry this took so long to get out. This type of list requires a lot of research. While many products have one or two gluten free items, I was trying to focus on brands that are gluten free. Since I am the only author of this blog it takes a while for me to get all the research done. Here is the list of gluten free beauty brands! A few of these brands may contain corn products in the form of xanthan gum. The X is what that brand makes. Have fun, and remember to keep yourself looking great in a gluten free way! Please contact me if you know of any brands that I have missed. I would love to add them to the list.

Time to switch your beauty routine
With the changing of the clocks there is one more thing that
needs to be changed. Your beauty routine is no longer going to work as
well in the coming months. It is time to add extra moisture to your face,
nails, body and hair. The down side of this is that it is not always easy
to find Gluten free products. Now is the time of year to deep clean or replace all makeup brushes, throw out old mascaras, go through and get rid of expired makeup and alter the way you take care of yourself.
Winter brings around cold and dry conditions that can suck the
moisture out of you both inside and out. The easiest thing to winterize
is your diet. Start including more oils and water in what you eat and
drink. You need to consume just a little more on the oils and at least
one more glass of water a day. The hard thing to do is find products to
help winterize the outside. I have a few suggestions for you of gluten
free products that might help you get started.
