Cocktail
sauces are well known for containing gluten on the shelf. Again, there is
no reason for the gluten to exist in cocktail sauce. It is so very easy
to make. It only takes minutes to make the perfect cocktail sauce for
your needs.
Ingredients:
1/2
cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons horseradish
Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Directions:
In small bowl combine ketchup, horseradish, a dash of Worcestershire, a squirt
of lemon, and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Chill and serve.
In fact you really don’t need to chill, that is
a taste thing. You can feel free to
serve this sauce warm just as you finish making it. Wow your guests with your own cocktail sauce
tailored to your tastes. Like more
spice, add more Tabasco, and horseradish.
Do you want it with more tang?
Add more lemon juice. Would you
like it a little sweet? Feel free to add
a touch of honey. Again this is only the
basic sauce. It can be changed in only
second.
